The Investigation Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly holds personal and mobile receptions to increase the efficiency of the system for dealing with citizens' appeals.
On August 12, a personal reception was held by the Investigation Department leadership to improve direct communications with the population, identify existing problems, and eliminate them directly.
During the reception, more than 80 appeals from 158 citizens were considered. The main part of the appeals related to investigative activities, and issues in the areas of crime prevention, migration, and nationalization were also considered.
Among the appeals received, 24 or 28.5 percent were resolved on the spot, 11 or 13.1 percent were given legal explanations, and 49 or 58 percent required additional study. Instructions were given to responsible managers, and their implementation was monitored.
Two citizens also expressed their gratitude for the successful resolution of their problem.
The practice of holding such receptions will continue in the future.
