On August 10, the head of the Khorezm Regional Internal Affairs Department held a personal reception in the administrative building of the department.
During the reception, numerous citizens' inquiries, proposals, appeals, and complaints concerning more than thirty issues related to the operation of the internal affairs bodies were thoroughly reviewed.
The majority of appeals were addressed and resolved effectively, with the involvement of designated staff members. Appeals that required further investigation were carefully monitored.
