Colonel Abduvokhid Ismailov, the head of the department, hosted the reception with the primary objective of fostering communication with representatives of the public and legal entities. The purpose of this initiative is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens while also addressing and resolving complaints relating to internal affairs.

During the reception, a number of appeals were addressed, including inquiries about the investigative actions undertaken by the investigation and prevention service, as well as concerns regarding employment opportunities within the internal affairs bodies. Steps were promptly initiated to address these matters effectively.

Several individuals received legal explanations regarding their appeals. Appeals that require further investigation have been placed under specialized monitoring, with directives issued to officials to ensure their resolution.

Some of the issues raised during the dialogue have been resolved, however further tasks have been assigned to field managers to address concerns that require further investigation. Progress on these tasks is carefully monitored.

The department remains committed to ongoing efforts in this regard.
