The Investigation Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs has consistently conducted personal and mobile receptions in an effort to improve the effectiveness of the system for addressing citizens' appeals.
On August 5, The Investigation Department held a personal reception to further promote direct engagement with the community, identify and address prevailing issues.
During the reception, a total of 103 citizens submitted their appeals, of which over 70 were reviewed. The majority of appeals involved investigations, with 68 cases specifically relating to this area. Additionally, issues related to crime prevention, migration, and personalization were addressed.
Among the appeals submitted, 26 accounting for 25.2 percent were resolved on the spot. Meanwhile, 6 appeals, representing 5.8 percent, received explanations, and 73 appeals, or 69 percent, required further investigation. Detailed instructions have been given to responsible leaders, and the implementation of these instructions will be closely monitored.
Furthermore, several citizens expressed gratitude for the effective resolution of their concerns.
The Investigation Department plans to continue holding such receptions in the future.
