On August 3, a personal reception was held at the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs as a means of facilitating a constructive dialogue between the community and the Department in order to resolve issues presented. The head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Abduvosit Abdurazakov, personally reviewed the appeals submitted by citizens during this event.

Various concerns regarding internal affairs bodies were raised by the public. This included requests for reinstatement, admission to service, inquiries regarding investigations and criminal cases, citizenship registration, crime prevention strategies, and social welfare concerns. An in-depth analysis of each appeal was performed, and appropriate measures were taken in response.

During the reception and subsequent discussions, a significant number of appeals received were resolved favorably. The appeals requiring further investigation were processed in accordance with legal protocols, and directives were issued to the relevant officials responsible for their resolution. Moreover, strict adherence to the follow-up implementation of these directives was ensured.

Personal receptions have been organized in all cities and districts within the region by the leaders of the regional Internal Affairs Departments, thereby increasing the accessibility for the public to voice their concerns.
