The head of the Internal Affairs Department of Fergana region recently organized a mobile reception in Fergana city. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to thoroughly analyze and legally address appeals and complaints submitted by both individuals and legal entities through constructive dialogue.

During the public reception held at the Fergana Monocenter today, representatives accepted appeals from 18 citizens concerning a variety of issues. Seven of these issues were successfully resolved on site. On the remaining 11 appeals, which require more extensive investigation, the execution will be closely monitored, and specific tasks have been assigned to the respective managers.
