Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a mentorship program aimed at young employees who have recently begun their careers. The purpose of this program is to provide comprehensive support and guidance to these individuals in order to foster an exemplary image of internal affairs officers and enhance their professional skills.
In this context, the traditional "Ustoz-shogird" (mentor-student) relationship has considerable significance. As part of this initiative, a formal gathering was held at the DIA of Navoi region, bringing together recent graduates from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the University of Public Safety, who are committed to ensuring public order and safety within the internal affairs sector.
The event was formally opened by the deputy head of the regional police department, who welcomed the new recruits to the department and wished them success in their future endeavors. During the ceremony, each young officer was paired with an experienced mentor based on their extensive qualifications and years of experience in the field.
Moreover, it was stressed that these young professionals must adhere strictly to the established norms of service discipline and legal regulations. They are expected to approach their responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and fairness.
