The head of the MDIA of Tashkent city hosted a personal reception

The head of the MDIA of Tashkent city, Colonel Ravshan Sultankhodjaev, hosted a reception to address and directly engage with the concerns of the general public. It was the objective of this initiative to examine the appeals of approximately 50 citizens presented at the appointment held in Mirabad district.
During this reception, 17 appeals were resolved on-site, while five additional appeals were flagged for further review due to their complexity. A total of 26 appeals are pending, with their resolution closely monitored to ensure timely completion.
Concerns raised by citizens primarily relate to the functions of law enforcement agencies, with 19 appeals relating to inquiries and investigations. Additional concerns included 14 requests for property restoration and law enforcement agency admissions, two protests regarding prevention inspector behavior, and two appeals concerning pardons, early parole, and financial assistance. Some of these requests also involved complaints related to rights violations.
A personalized and mobile reception of such a nature can serve to directly evaluate the appeals of the populace and to enhance the level of trust in the system.
