On Sunday, July 27, the Tashkent Regional Internal Affairs Department has facilitated an open dialogue session aimed at fostering positive resolutions to community issues. Major General Tahir Aripov, head of the MDIA, attended this event and addressed citizens' concerns.
The reception covered a wide range of topics related to the operations of law enforcement agencies, including service conduct, investigations, crime registration, prevention of illegal activity, and various social issues. Every concern raised by citizens was carefully considered, and the necessary actions were taken immediately.
The majority of appeals submitted during this dialogue received favorable outcomes. A review of appeals that necessitated further examination was systematically undertaken through legal channels and assigned to the appropriate officials for resolution, with strict oversight over their progress.
It is important to note that personal receptions by regional DIA leaders have been established across all cities and districts within the region to ensure continuous communication and support for the community.
