The leadership of the Road Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Surkhandarya Regional Internal Affairs Department, hosted a public reception in Termez on July 26. This event provided a platform for both individuals and legal entities to present their appeals concerning a variety of issues relating to internal affairs, such as investigations, employment opportunities, road traffic safety, citizenship registration, material assistance, and other important issues.

During the reception, several appeals were addressed and resolved immediately, while others received legal clarifications. For the remaining appeals requiring further investigation, instructions were issued to the responsible leaders to ensure an in-depth investigation and implementation, with strict oversight of progress.

Additionally, on this significant occasion, the families of Sergeants Namozov Bahriddin and Lukov Lochinbek, who tragically lost their lives in the line of duty, were provided with updates regarding their situation. Measures were taken to offer social and material support to these families. The heroism and dedication of the fallen employees were remembered with deep respect.

This initiative is part of ongoing commitment to foster transparent communication with the public, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of citizens, attentively addressing their concerns, and actively working to resolve them.
