The Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department has successfully conducted a comprehensive study of the Davlatabad District. This initiative involved a detailed inspection of the operations of the mahalla seven, in "Yangi Tong" and "Orzu" mahallas, as well as the efforts of internal affairs department personnel in ensuring safety within these mahallas. This study evaluated strategies aimed at transforming the district into a crime-free zone and organized targeted initiatives for community engagement.
A particular focus of the study was to provide an in-depth analysis of the underlying factors contributing to serious and exceptionally grave crimes committed within family and household settings within the "Yangi Tong" mahalla. Certain officials were strongly criticized for their actions which contributed to the emergence of these challenging conditions. Consequently, key responsibilities for the personnel assigned to the mahalla seven were clearly delineated to prevent the recurrence of such crimes in the future.
Additionally, the working group evaluated the performance and documentation of the internal affairs department staff, criticizing officials who were considered to be lacking in fulfilling their designated duties.
The working group will continue to conduct this study and provide practical assistance systematically across all cities and districts in the region as part of its diligent efforts.
