The Tashkent regional Department of Internal Affairs recently held a personal reception intended to foster an open dialogue and address community concerns. Major General Tohir Aripov, head of the police department, organized this initiative to address the issues raised by citizens.

During this reception, citizens presented their appeals regarding a variety of topics related to the internal affairs bodies. These included requests for reinstatement, admission to educational programs, inquiries regarding ongoing investigations, as well as issues related to citizenship registration, crime prevention, and challenges within the social sphere. Each appeal was carefully considered, and appropriate measures were taken to address them.

During the reception and the subsequent discussions, a significant number of appeals were successfully resolved. For those cases requiring further investigation, the internal affairs department has committed to proceeding in accordance with the legal framework and has issued instructions to ensure that responsible parties are tasked with resolving these issues. The implementation of these resolutions will be closely monitored to guarantee its effectiveness.

Furthermore, it is noteworthy that personal receptions have been organized across all cities and districts within the region by the heads of regional police departments, which demonstrates the commitment to community involvement.
