The Road Traffic Safety Service of the Department of Public Security, under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has organized a mobile reception in Kashkadarya region. It is the primary responsibility of every leader today to eliminate problems accumulated in communities while listening to the appeals of citizens.

In alignment with a nationwide plan, mobile receptions organized by the State Traffic Safety Management are taking place across all regions of our country.

Recently, a reception was held in Karshi in the Kashkadarya region. During this event, out of a total of 19 appeals received, five were successfully addressed on-site, encompassing matters such as the organization of pedestrian crossings, the installation of road signs and traffic lights, the improvement of pedestrian crossings near educational institutions and along busy thoroughfares, the reassessing of fines for traffic violations, the establishment of "smart intersections" to alleviate traffic congestion, and the construction of sidewalks. Furthermore, three appeals were clarified legally, while the remaining 11 required a more thorough investigation. Thus, specific tasks have been assigned in order to ensure effective monitoring and resolution of these unresolved issues.

Leaders responsible for responding to these appeals were given clear instructions to implement prompt and effective measures, fostering a resolution process that adheres to principles of legality and fairness for each citizen's concerns.
