Colonel Bakhtiyor Torebekov, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, recently hosted a reception to address the appeals of both individuals and legal entities. A complete review of 21 citizen appeals regarding matters related to the internal affairs bodies was conducted as a result of this event, which enabled direct interaction between the Minister and members of the public, as well as legal representatives.

The Minister prioritized the immediate resolution of these appeals, implementing targeted measures for those requiring further investigation and legal assessment. Additionally, clear deadlines for the execution of tasks were established for the heads of the relevant sector services, along with specific instructions and assignments issued to ensure prompt action.

Such personal reception events are conducted regularly by the leaders of the internal affairs bodies at both the republican and territorial levels, in alignment with an approved operational plan.
