Training session for psychological inspectors on juvenile issues at the Academy of the MIA

The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has successfully organized a training session aimed at enhancing the competencies of psychological inspectors within internal affairs bodies concerning juvenile matters.
The primary objective of this training initiative is to enrich the professional expertise and skills of the participating employees while introducing contemporary methodologies to their operations. This program is designed to significantly improve the minor engagement system through the establishment of progressive practices in various regions.
Psychologists will participate in comprehensive training modules throughout the training session, including "Legal Psychology," "Professional Psychology," and "Communication with Citizens." Participants will also explore strategies and methods for targeted intervention based on the "Family-Mahalla-School" model. Additionally, the training will include an in-depth analysis of the challenges that the inspectors are currently facing, as well as the development of scientific and practical solutions.
Moreover, the training aims to enhance the professional, physical, and ethical training of employees while incorporating spiritual and educational activities during the program.
The training session is scheduled to continue until July 26, resulting in assessments for all participants to evaluate their knowledge and skills developed throughout the program.
