Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On June 29 and July 2, a representative of the Department of Migration and Personalization, under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participated in a meeting focused on the protection of migrants' rights as well as labor migration. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, O.S. Abdullaev, led a delegation of ministries and departments to this meeting in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russian Federation.

Discussions at the event focused on the current state of migration, identifying challenges and exploring potential solutions. All participating parties reached a consensus on the importance of developing collaborative measures that would ensure compliance with legal standards in the migration sector, while also respecting the interests of both nations involved.
