At a recent meeting held by the head of the Internal Affairs Department, key issues related to personnel management and discipline within the DIA of Bukhara region were thoroughly discussed. During the meeting, the heads of the relevant sector services presented candidates for consideration for a proposed order concerning personnel composition. The purpose of this initiative is to fill vacant private, sergeant, and officer positions within the regional internal affairs bodies with qualified individuals.
During the meeting, the head of the department engaged in direct discussions with employees who are set to be appointed to new roles. He outlined the current priority tasks designated for each individual.
Moreover, the head underlined the importance of implementing a correct and equitable personnel policy within regional internal affairs structures. He emphasized the need to evolve the system into one that genuinely serves the people, acts as a true guardian of citizens' rights, and instills a sense of loyalty to the homeland and commitment to the profession among staff members. The head also highlighted the necessity of fostering resilience against corruption-related issues within personnel and committed to undertaking a rigorous and uncompromising approach to combating such challenges across all sectors. Instructions were issued on responsible parties in this regard.
Additionally, it was stated that stringent disciplinary measures will be enforced against all leaders and employees who violate service discipline and legal regulations. Any negative occurrence will be treated with the utmost seriousness and classified as an emergency.
