As part of "Youth Month," Colonel Sanjar Djabarov, the head of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs, met with young officers serving within the internal affairs sector, as well as students from the Andijan Academic Lyceum. A sincere and engaged dialogue resulted in an open exchange of ideas.
Colonel Djabarov actively welcomed the suggestions and insights of the participants. He acknowledged the critical role that youth play in the advancement of our nation across various sectors, including science, culture, and sports. At the beginning of the meeting, Colonel Djabarov highlighted the ongoing reforms and initiatives aimed at fostering an environment conducive to the comprehensive support of young individuals within the internal affairs bodies. He proudly recognized the numerous young employees who demonstrated dedication and loyalty to their profession, diligently addressing their responsibilities and achieving significant results.

Notably, 25 percent of the personnel within regional internal affairs bodies comprise young individuals, who are active and proactive across all operational domains. Achievements in the field of sports have seen a consistent upward trajectory, reflecting the commitment of these young officers.
Various competitions designed to foster a healthy competitive spirit among young employees, such as "The Most Active Youth Leader," "Followers of Tomaris," "Intelligence," "Young Book Reader," "In the Footsteps of Ancestors," and "Military Relay," offer a foundation for discovering and nurturing new talents and skills.
During the meeting, recognition was extended to young employees who demonstrated exceptional dedication and outstanding results; they were awarded letters of appreciation and souvenirs presented by the head of the department.
