On June 22, a personal reception was held by the head of the Khorezm Regional Internal Affairs Department in the department's administrative building.
During the reception, citizens' requests, proposals, appeals, and complaints addressing over twenty issues concerning the functions of the internal affairs bodies were thoroughly reviewed.
Most of the identified concerns were addressed and resolved with the assistance of responsible officials.
Appeals that require further investigation will be closely monitored separately.
