Completion of Training Sessions for MIA Employees in the Republic of Korea

Training sessions conducted for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been successfully completed. As part of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) project entitled "Capacity Building for the Organization of a Simulated Training Center at the Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan," these sessions took place from June 9 to June 20, 2025.
A practical visit to the Republic of Korea was conducted during this period by employees of the MIA and the Advanced Training Institute. The visit program was specifically designed to allow the delegation to gain insights into the Korean police service's approaches to crime prevention and combat, public safety assurance, and the comprehensive training, retraining, and professional development of personnel.
Furthermore, discussions were held to enhance cooperation between the two countries. Throughout the visit, participants engaged in constructive dialogues regarding the establishment of an educational framework aimed at training, retraining, and the advanced development of qualified specialists for the future.
