The head of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department held another reception for citizens

This initiative is intended to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, while also facilitating accessibility for those with demanding weekly schedules, thereby promoting an open dialogue with leaders of the internal affairs agencies. Today, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, head of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department, organized this reception.
During the reception, 56 citizens submitted 60 appeals concerning various issues. 16 of these appeals were successfully resolved on site, and qualified legal explanations were provided for 14 additional appeals. Moreover, the department is monitoring the resolution of 30 appeals that require further consideration.
