The leadership of the Internal Affairs Department of the Namangan region, in collaboration with the regional People's Reception Office, successfully organized a mobile reception for the residents of Chortok district.
The reception was held at the Culture Center in the center of Chortok district, where citizens were invited to discuss matters regarding the activities of internal affairs bodies. During the reception, the regional Internal Affairs Department and the People's Reception Office engaged directly with residents and addressed their concerns.
In total, twelve citizen appeals on various issues were reviewed during this mobile reception. Of these, seven were resolved favorably on the spot. The remaining appeals, which required additional time for resolution, have been assigned to designated responsible personnel. The implementation of these cases will be closely monitored to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
