As our nation undergoes significant reforms, the interaction between high-ranking officials and the public has become increasingly important in addressing and resolving citizens' concerns. As part of the latest reception organized by the head of the Navoi regional internal affairs department, a variety of citizens were present, including individuals of different ages, entrepreneurs, community representatives, as well as staff members from the regional internal affairs department. During this meeting, attendees expressed their grievances and concerns regarding matters that affect them.

Among the issues discussed were domestic disputes, legal ambiguities, as well as broader social concerns. It should be noted that every appeal was given due consideration, and the appropriate officials were assigned to address the concerns raised. During the reception, several issues were successfully resolved.
