Recently, a delegation of young professionals from the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Department visited the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our young employees benefit from this visit not only from enhancing their professional skills, but also from the opportunity to engage actively in civic affairs, as well as improve their legal knowledge and cultural understanding, which are essential to their personal growth and professional development.

The initiative was organized by the Youth Work Group of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Department in order to further advance the professional competency of young employees by providing them with a deeper understanding of the ongoing reforms within our country. A group of talented, dedicated, and exemplary young employees was given the opportunity to learn about the structure, functions, and overall activities of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.

As a result of this educational experience, the young employees are expected to develop a stronger sense of patriotism and will ensure that the state's youth policies are effectively implemented. It also aims to deepen their commitment to their professional roles, instilling in them a sense of ownership regarding the reforms taking place in our country. The visit also provides these future leaders with the opportunity to acquire legal and political knowledge as well as spiritual and psychological competencies in line with contemporary demands. Such initiatives are integral to transforming the Internal Affairs bodies into truly people-oriented structures.
