The meeting was attended by the heads of sector services within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as leaders of internal affairs bodies at the regional, district, and city levels, as well as representatives from the relevant services. An analysis of the current operational state of internal affairs agencies was presented at the meeting, focusing on service effectiveness, personnel development, adherence to service discipline, and measures in place to ensure public safety.
This inspection represents an important and targeted initiative to improve the performance of internal affairs bodies, identify existing challenges, and implement effective solutions.
During the inspection, discussions were held regarding service discipline, the potential of personnel, communication culture within the communities, and strategies for preventing violations. In order to increase service efficiency and align it more closely with contemporary needs and requirements, a number of specific proposals and recommendations were developed.
In recognition of exemplary service, the Minister of Internal Affairs presented awards to a number of employees who demonstrated outstanding performance in their roles and received commendations from the public and colleagues. Among those honored was Captain Azamat Sultanov, senior investigator of the DIA of Urgench district, who was promoted to the special rank of "major" ahead of schedule. Additionally, Sergeant Mavlonbek Masharipov, inspector of the Road Patrol Service within the Road Traffic Safety Department, received the "For Excellent Services" badge; Sergeant Sanjar Satimov, unit commander of the Public Order Department, was awarded the II degree badge for "For Impeccable Services in the Internal Affairs Bodies"; Major Umidbek Yusupov, inspector for special assignments of the Migration and Citizenship Registration Department, was granted the III degree badge for "For Impeccable Services in the Internal Affairs Bodies"; and Senior Lieutenant Sharipboy Kutliev, preventive inspector of the DIA of Hazorasp district, received a commemorative wristwatch from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In addition to highlighting the positive results achieved across various sectors, the meeting addressed deficiencies and challenges that exist within the system. In response, disciplinary actions were taken against several managers who had demonstrated significant shortcomings in their service delivery.
Following the inspection, specific objectives were developed to improve the quality of service, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and enhance the material and technical infrastructure of regional departments. As part of this process, modern tools and technological resources are provided to them.
After the meeting, managers and employees were instructed to conduct a comprehensive review of service activities, to ensure that assigned tasks are performed timely and completely, and to provide reports on the tangible effectiveness of each implemented measure.
