The head of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Rakhmat Mamatov recently held a scheduled citizen reception.
During the reception, a range of concerns and issues related to the internal affairs sector were addressed and documented as required. Cases requiring extended resolution processes were referred to the appropriate case management teams within the Department, and instructions were issued to ensure that each appeal is evaluated promptly and objectively.
Additionally, legal guidance was provided for specific concerns raised by citizens, facilitating the resolution of various pressing issues.
