Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Officials from the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a mobile reception in the Yakkabag district of the Kashkadarya region. The purpose of this initiative was to engage with citizens, listen to their concerns, and facilitate the resolution of a variety of issues.

During the mobile reception, officials received a total of 16 appeals from citizens. These appeals were primarily concerning dissatisfaction with the investigative actions taken by preventive inspectors of internal affairs bodies, as well as various social issues.

In response to the appeals submitted, six were addressed and resolved immediately on the spot. Additionally, eight citizens received legal advice regarding how to address their concerns with the appropriate agencies. The remaining 2 appeals were acknowledged and referred to the relevant competent authorities for further review, in order to ensure that they were resolved in a timely manner.

This extensive mobile reception allowed for the collection and analysis of citizen appeals, encouraging sector leaders to take responsibility for addressing the identified issues.
