Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A comprehensive study has been conducted on the comprehensive support and social protection of employees in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. A key objective of this initiative is to improve social assistance for employees, identify and address their identified challenges, and provide medical assistance to employees and their families.

During a video conference meeting held on May 18, 2023 under the leadership of Major General A.A. Tashpulatov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, instructions were given to the Karakalpakstan Ministry of Internal Affairs to conduct this research in collaboration with local leaders. This initiative aims to reinforce service discipline within personnel, facilitating early detection and prevention of potential issues affecting employees, and ensuring the provision of various forms of social assistance as guaranteed by the state.

Notably, between May 19 and May 24, 177 managers engaged in evaluating the living conditions of 1,380 employees to gather insights that will inform future support measures.
