The Republican Working Group recently conducted a public mobile reception for individuals and legal entities in the Fergana district.
During the reception, citizen appeals regarding the DIA system were thoroughly examined. Ministry of Internal Affairs officials and regional DIA leadership carefully listened to each appeal and initiated appropriate measures to resolve it.
A total of 26 appeals were recorded during mobile reception, of which 7 were resolved positively on the spot. Additionally, legal clarifications were provided for 6 appeals, while 13 appeals, requiring further consideration, are actively monitored for review.
These events will continue in various areas of our region according to an established schedule.
