In the Navoi regional department of internal affairs, the head of the internal affairs department held a reception for citizens. Representatives of the population submitted appeals regarding legal, social, and personal problems during the reception. Appeals were reviewed with experts in the field, and some issues were resolved on the spot. All remaining applications would be subject to separate control and appropriate measures would be taken to address them.

It is important for citizens to receive direct communication from the government in order to resolve their problems.
