The Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs recently hosted a citizen reception, led by Colonel Rakhmat Mamatov, in accordance with their established schedule.

Appeals requiring a long time to resolve have been assigned to the appropriate case management teams within the department. They have been given clear instructions to ensure every appeal is addressed promptly and fairly.
