Today, solving citizens' urgent problems and growing an open, direct dialogue with them is one of the most important tasks.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Karakalpakstan, Colonel Bakhtiyar Torebekov, hosted another personal reception in order to listen to, study, and resolve the appeals of the population.
During the personal reception, 7 citizen appeals were received, and the problems of citizens were listened to on each appeal. Most of the appeals were resolved on the spot, deadlines were set for those requiring study, and instructions were given to those responsible for implementing them.
