Open dialogues with the heads of the internal affairs bodies are being conducted in order to find solutions to the problems that plague the population.
The head of the DIA of Fergana region, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, held receptions for citizens in the department building and carefully studied their appeals.
During the reception, 48 appeals were received from citizens. 14 of them were resolved positively on the spot. A qualified legal explanation was provided for 11 appeals.
The implementation of 23 appeals that required consideration was monitored.
