During the reception, citizens made appeals regarding the activities of internal affairs bodies and submitted proposals and complaints regarding admission to service (or study), reinstatement to position, and other legal issues.
A total of 475 appeals were received from 698 citizens during the reception. Of these, 441 were directly related to the activities of the internal affairs bodies, including 246 - the issue of reinstatement, 108 - problems arising during the inquiry and investigation processes, 40 - on pre-investigation procedures and employee activities, 16 - on the social protection of employees, 26 - on employment or study, 5 - on amnesty (pardon) and the legal status of convicts, and other issues.
In addition, 21 appeals proposed solving economic and social problems at the local level. As part of the reception, eight citizens submitted written appeals expressing gratitude.
There were 121 (25 percent) appeals that were positively resolved in an appropriate manner, and due to the length of time required for their consideration, 354 appeals (75 percent) were carefully monitored.
It is important to note that in the process of considering applications, priority is given to eliminating longstanding unresolved problems, as well as restoring the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities in practice, in accordance with the needs and demands of the population as a whole.
Currently, all territorial internal affairs bodies are systematically meeting with citizens face-to-face, including mobile receptions.
