The head of the MDIA of Tashkent city held the next mobile reception for residents of Yashnobod and Bektemir districts

A mobile reception system introduced at the initiative of the head of our state serves to study and solve problems of the populace on the spot, strengthen confidence in the future, as well as enhance socioeconomic conditions.
The next mobile reception organized for the residents of Yashnobod and Bektemir districts was held in the building of the “Monocenter for Providing Services to the Unaffected Population” located in Yashnobod district.
The reception, organized by Colonel Ravshan Sultanhodjaev, the head of the capital's internal affairs department, and the People's Reception Office, was also attended by the heads of these districts' relevant organizations.
A total of 34 citizens' problems were studied during mobile reception.
15 of them were related to inquiry and investigative actions; 5 were related to the recovery of material damage caused; 2 on admission to the internal affairs bodies, service and reinstatement; 8 on the issue of early conditional release of persons on probation; 3 on obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan; 1 on financial assistance for treatment received.
9 of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot, 5 were given qualified explanations, and the implementation of 20 appeals requiring additional time for consideration was monitored.
Also, on the day of mobile reception, three citizens received practical assistance in obtaining a passport of Uzbekistan citizenship.
A mobile reception of this nature is an important step in facilitating open communication between the population and the state, thus increasing the chances of timely resolution of problems.
These events serve to increase citizens' trust in state bodies, and develop effective social partnerships in society.
