As we previously reported, a public reception was held by officials led by the governor of the region at the “Center for Professional Development” in Bukhara.
During this reception, the head of the Bukhara Regional Department of Internal Affairs considered the issues of more than 30 citizens related to the activities of judicial, legal and internal affairs bodies.
As a result of expanding direct communication with citizens, increasing legal literacy, identifying urgent problems during the investigation, pre-investigation and preliminary investigation, and taking specific and prompt measures to eliminate these problems, the primary focus was on resolving complaints on the spot, and measures were determined to address complaints received for further analysis and legal action.
