Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Major General Bakhodir Mirzarakhimov led a meeting with heads of regional sector services and responsible employees in the Samarkand Region's Internal Affairs Department.
In this meeting, the primary concern was to strengthen the security capabilities of foreign tourists and high-ranking guests visiting our state in regard to tourism attractions and infrastructure. This included maintaining public order, preventing violations as soon as possible and combating crime, ensuring the satisfaction of tourists, and timely action taken by responsible employees to resolve their complaints. A number of measures were determined to further intensify the security capabilities of the region's tourism potential.
A Deputy Minister also analyzed the work performed in maintaining public order, preventing violations early and combating crime in the regions directly across districts as well as in the areas of tourist attractions and infrastructure, and he provided instructions to employees regarding strict adherence to service, executive discipline and legislative requirements.
