It is my sincere pleasure to congratulate all employees of internal affairs bodies, military personnel, professors and teachers in educational institutions, trainees, veterans, and family members of employees who have died in the line of duty for the sake of the peace and security of our nation on the occasion of the national holiday of Navruz, March 21.
It is known from ancient sources that Navruz is one of the most important and beautiful values of our people, with a three thousand year history. Traditionally, Navruz is a festival of renewal and rejuvenation that encourages the preservation of nature and human life, as well as the appreciation of universal human values such as peace, friendship, and harmony.
Throughout the centuries, Navruz has been alive not only in our country, but also in the Eastern world. Hence, Navruz has come to represent a blessed day that brings together the representatives of more than 130 nationalities and ethnicity living in our country.
As our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized: “Navruz teaches us all a lesson in humanity, kindness and tolerance. This blessed moment allows us to appreciate the great value and importance of peace and tranquility. Today, we are aware that each one of us carries the responsibility and accountability of protecting the lives of our people, the future of our children, and the peace that we enjoy."
The national holiday of Navruz is being widely celebrated in accordance with our ancient traditions, based on the theme: “May your values be eternal, Navruz! ”
This auspicious day has become a national holiday in the true sense of the word, in harmony with the noble idea of "For the dignity of man, for his happiness" that has been implemented in New Uzbekistan in recent years.

It is my pleasure to extend my sincere gratitude to each of you for your dedication and contributions to the peace, harmony, and prosperity of the country on the eve of the holiday, and I wish you great success in your future responsible and honorable endeavors.
