Kazakhs and Uzbeks have strong ties. Friendships and good neighbors have always existed between these two fraternal nations. Almaty Academy representatives began their visit to our country with a visit to the "Friendship Garden" at the educational institution. A description of the history of the creation of the garden was given to the guests, as well as its symbolic significance in the development of friendly relationships between the parties.
The delegation then visited the information and resource center, sports complex, cadet housing, and specially equipped mobile vehicles. Information was provided regarding major innovations that have been implemented in recent years, the most innovative approaches used in the education process, as well as the achievements that have been made as a result of promising projects. There has been a demonstration of international relations with prestigious world organizations and similar educational institutions.
During the bilateral meeting held in the negotiation hall, issues of expanding cooperation were discussed in detail.
Rustam Khatamov, head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, welcomed the guests and noted that, thanks to the efforts of the heads of state, our mutual relations have reached a high level, and mutually beneficial cooperation is developing consistently in all areas, including between educational institutions. Kalijan Koblandin, the head of the Almaty Academy, specifically recognized that the primary purpose of the visit was to extend and strengthen beneficial relations. In his opinion, education has become one of the most important strategic areas for every nation today. Increasing mutual integration with leading universities in Uzbekistan will facilitate the widespread implementation of modern approaches to personnel training.
During the cordial dialogue, a wide range of issues were discussed. The heads of educational institutions expressed confidence in studying advanced experiences and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation.
In the second half of the day, guests learned about the Center for Monitoring and Controlling the Quality of Education. They also learned about educational buildings for bachelor's and master's degrees, and the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment. It should be noted that the large-scale work carried out on digitizing education, ensuring theory and practice, training management personnel for internal affairs bodies, fostering the patriotic spirit of young people, and establishing new mechanisms to increase the quality and efficiency of education were recognized by the delegation.
