As an example of our point of view, today, the Head of the Main Department, Major General Aziz Tashpulatov, held another personal reception with the citizens of the capital in the main building of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department. About thirty citizens brought their legal, social, household, and other appeals.
The majority of citizens' appeals were resolved on the spot. Appeals requiring additional study and investigation were strictly monitored by the leader. In reviewing the content of the appeals, we see that they were concerned with improving the well-being of the mahalla, solving existing issues related to territorial issues, conducting pre-investigation checks and conducting investigations.
The majority of citizens were satisfied with the legal explanations and legal advice. Meetings and dialogues will continue regularly to jointly find positive solutions to the problems of the capital's residents, respond to their questions, and protect their interests.
