A number of measures have been developed to increase the efficiency of the work with women employees of internal affairs agencies under the order issued by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding "Determining additional measures to enhance the effectiveness of work with women employees in internal affairs bodies". The aim is to increase their social activities and professional initiative while strengthening their knowledge and skills. In addition, a number of activities are being organized to organize spiritually-educational and educational activities.
In particular, Major Barnokhan Mirzaeva, the deputy head of the Spiritual-Educational Affairs and Human Resource Service of the DIA of Andijan region, conducted individual interviews with female employees serving in internal affairs bodies and closely studied their places of service and family conditions.
Currently, work in this regard is continued.
