A regular mobile court session was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as part of efforts to strengthen the practical knowledge of future law enforcement officers.
Cadets specializing in Crime Prevention and Probation Activities as well as faculty members of the specialty department attended the hearing concerning a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code.
During the hearing, the court reviewed the defendant's actions in accordance with the law and announced the lawful verdict. Immediately following the hearing, presiding judge Bakhtiyor Alimov addressed the cadets, emphasizing the need to prepare procedural documents during the pre-investigation period and to qualify offenses legally.
The cadets then took part in an open discussion during which they asked questions regarding the case and other legal matters. Additionally, practical suggestions were provided for applying theoretical knowledge more effectively to real-life investigations and judicial proceedings.
