The MIA Academy hosted a dialogue on the future of youth with female cadets

A meaningful meeting aimed at supporting young people and guiding them toward a confident and successful future was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the participation of female master’s students and cadets.
The event focused on the growing role of women in the public service and social life, particularly within the internal affairs system. The participants discussed the dedication and professionalism of female officers, the important responsibilities they assume, and the key skills and personal qualities young women need to succeed both in the service and in life. The role of girls and women in building a healthy moral environment within families and society was also addressed.
During the open and sincere dialogue, experienced master’s students shared practical advice drawn from their years of service. They spoke about the professional and personal qualities required of future officers. They offered guidance on how to overcome service challenges with confidence and resilience.
