During the reception, citizens’ appeals were heard, and responsible officials received specific instructions to promptly address the issues raised and provide the necessary assistance.

Several issues related to protecting citizens’ rights and interests, preventing legal violations, and resolving socio-legal issues at the local level were reviewed. At the reception, each participant received individual attention.

The submitted appeals were analyzed, and the importance of strengthening interagency cooperation to ensure their timely and effective resolution was emphasized.

The internal affairs bodies will continue to maintain open communication with the public, reduce unnecessary bureaucratic procedures, and improve service quality.
