The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Regional Departments hold regular public receptions to enhance open dialogue with citizens

It is well known that one of the key priorities set by the Head of State is to create an effective and transparent communication platform between government institutions and the general public. Currently, this principle is being considered as a fundamental criterion in all government activities.
In this regard, on November 30, a large-scale personal reception was held with the responsible leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During the event, a total of 592 appeals were received concerning various areas of the Ministry's activities. The focus was not only on the direct analysis of the problems raised, but also on identifying the actual needs of the population, analyzing the underlying causes, and developing systematic solutions.
As a result, 285 appeals (48%) were promptly addressed and resolved on legal grounds. The remaining 307 appeals (52%), which required additional investigation and joint consideration with relevant sectoral organizations, were placed under strict supervision, with specific instructions assigned to responsible officials for their timely resolution.
At the same time, the heads of the Internal Affairs Departments of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent city, Tashkent region, and regional internal affairs departments held on-site receptions. During these meetings, 397 appeals were received. 155 of these appeals (39%) were successfully resolved on the spot, while 242 appeals (61%) were forwarded for further review and resolution.
All levels of internal affairs bodies continue to conduct regular personal and mobile receptions. The implementation of this practice serves as an important step towards building public trust, ensuring transparency, and further strengthening government accountability.
