Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Representatives of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey participated in the training conducted by the employees of the investigation and crime-research service of the internal affairs bodies, along with professors and teachers of the academy.

Experienced specialists explained, based on best practices, how to combat the financing of criminal activity, legalize income from it, and investigate the emergence of new types of crimes and methods of investigation. They also exchanged opinions about the specific features of the international and national legal systems.

Semih Okyar and Murat Karausta, advisers on internal affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, participated in the seminar-training event. The guests acknowledged that the rapid activation of bilateral cooperation makes sharing experiences in combating modern threats possible.

A brief presentation of the academy's activities followed the awarding of the certificates to the participants.
