The head of the DIA of Fergana Region held a personal reception for citizens and organizations

As part of ongoing efforts to maintain direct dialogue with the public and ensure that citizens' concerns are adequately addressed, another reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities was held by the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
The reception was attended by 21 individuals and representatives of organizations who submitted appeals on a range of issues. As a result of the review, 9 appeals were resolved positively on the spot, while legal explanations were provided for 4 cases.
The remaining 8 appeals, which require comprehensive consideration, were taken under special control. Relevant sectoral representatives were assigned specific tasks to monitor their implementation and ensure timely and effective resolution.
