Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs leaders hosted another personal reception for citizens at the main building, continuing efforts to ensure open dialogue and effective assistance.

During the reception, a total of 32 appeals submitted by citizens on various issues were carefully reviewed. All appeals were accepted in accordance with established procedures, and applicants were provided with relevant legal explanations and practical assistance.

All appeals requiring further investigation were forwarded to the relevant sectoral service heads with instructions. The execution of assigned tasks was taken under separate and ongoing control.

In addition, residents of Namangan region were also able to submit their appeals online during a reception conducted by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring broader access to communication with leadership.
