The Ministry of Internal Affairs summarized the results of 2025 in Tashkent region and outlined the top priorities for 2026

The First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Ayubkhan Rakhmatullaev, attended an extended meeting dedicated to the review of the results of 2025, held at the Main Department of Internal Affairs in Tashkent region.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of the regional Internal Affairs Department, heads of sectoral services, as well as heads and deputy heads of city and district internal affairs bodies.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of the Main Department, Colonel Otabek Khodjaev, presented a detailed report on the works carried out in 2025. This included measures for early prevention of offenses and crimes, quick detection of crimes, maintenance of public order, and ensuring the safety of citizens and road users. Existing shortcomings were also critically analyzed.
It was a constructive and analytical discussion. During his address, the First Deputy Minister stressed the importance of strict adherence to service discipline and legal requirements, a responsible approach to duty, and unwavering loyalty to the Motherland, service, and people.
The meeting also identified priority tasks for 2026 and defined specific measures for their implementation across all areas of activity. The meeting was concluded with clear instructions issued to responsible officials concerning enhancing public safety, enhancing early crime prevention, introducing modern approaches to organizing work, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned tasks.
