Recruitment of personnel into the system of the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change is carried out by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the State Civil Service" and the Labor Code, as well as the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the personnel policy and the system of state civil service in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DP-5843 dated October 3, 2019.

According to Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a person applying for a job must submit the following documents upon hiring:
- a passport or a document replacing it or an ID card, and persons under sixteen years of age - a birth certificate or an ID card;
- a paper work record book or an extract from an electronic work record book, certified at the last place of work, with the exception of persons starting work for the first time. Persons starting work on a part-time basis, instead of a work record book, present a certificate of the established form from the main place of work;
- a military ID or a registration certificate, respectively, for persons liable for military service or conscripts;
- a diploma of graduation from a higher or secondary specialized, professional educational organization, a certificate (certificate) for the right to perform this work or another appropriate document upon admission to work, to the performance of which only persons with special education or special training may be admitted;
- taxpayer identification number;
- personal identification number of an individual (if any);
- accumulative pension book, with the exception of persons starting work for the first time.
When hiring, it is prohibited to demand from the person applying for a job documents not provided for by this Code, as well as other documents of a legal nature.
